2. Services

We provide done-for-you websites, templates, and related branding services. Specific features, scope, and timelines may vary by package and will be described on the relevant product or service page. We may update or modify offerings from time to time.

3. Orders, payment, and refunds

• Prices are listed on our site and may change at any time before purchase.
• Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Templates are delivered digitally; due to their nature, template sales are generally non-refundable once delivered.
• Digital products (including guides, playbooks, and downloadable PDF files) are final sale and non-refundable. Because access to these files is delivered instantly after purchase, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital products. If you experience any issue accessing your downloads, please email us at support@clinkable.com and we will make sure you receive your files.
• Done-for-you projects may include limited revisions as stated on the product page. Additional work may incur extra fees.

4. Intellectual property

All templates, designs, and assets we create remain our intellectual property until paid in full. Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive license to use the delivered website or template for your own business or personal brand. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of our templates without our written permission.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate content, links, and branding assets that you have the rights to use.
• Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner.
